  • Producing panels, roundtables, and other gatherings at high profile events such as COP, as well as bespoke convenings.

  • Defining policy goals and designing advocacy campaigns

  • Facilitating meaningful meetings, retreats and events

  • Building team cohesion and collaboration skills

Assessing and Communicating Impact

Strong impact assessment drives accountability, learning, and momentum. I evaluate outcomes and help organizations communicate results. Support includes:

  • Assessing outcomes and identifying strategic and tactical improvements for future work

  • Facilitating reflection processes with teams and partners

  • Preparing donor reports

  • Producing case studies and impact stories
